You must be tech-savvy, comfortable with AI tools like Chat GPT, and have access to stable internet connection.
Main Responsibilities:
Research Travel: Provide crucial support in planning trips, researching flights, accommodation options, transportation, local customs, and other logistics based on preferences.
Research Activities: Find and suggest activities that align with personal interests or potential business opportunities in various destinations.
Research Solutions: Conduct extensive research to troubleshoot challenges or problems encountered during travels.
Create Reports and Summaries: Compile detailed reports and summaries on various topics based on research findings. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all documents.
Document Travel: Help create compelling narratives of travel experiences, keep track of key details, and organize information efficiently.
Find Contacts: Leverage social media and other resources to find important contacts in different locations.
Setup Appointments: Manage schedules, arrange meetings, liaise with clients, set reminders, and ensure no overlapping appointments.
Small Projects: Using Chat GPT to create content for a Blog.
Additional Tasks:
Booking restaurants or event tickets.
Managing emails and any form of correspondence.
Coordinating with team members remotely if necessary.
Handling personal errands such as online shopping or bill payments.
Monitoring and reporting on latest travel trends or alerts.
Tracking and managing expenses.
