Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective communication methods as the primary point of contact for customers. 📞
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers to explore new business opportunities. 🌱
- Gather information from customers to ensure all needs are met and measures are in place. 📋
- Oversee and assist in the accurate preparation of customs export documents within deadlines. 📦
- Liaise between suppliers, forwarders, and agents for shipment information. 🤝
- Coordinate shipping documentation, clearances, modes of shipping, and delivery. 🚢
- Maintain accurate files for documentation and compliance purposes. 📂
- Prepare and submit invoices with all necessary documentation to customers promptly. 💼
- Provide timely updates on shipment status to customers and respond to inquiries promptly. 🕒
Requirements for Export Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain or Finance. 🎓
- 1-3 years of experience in export-related documentation and customer services. 💼
- Strong communication and coordination skills. 🗣️
